One of the reviews says that the box will not close if all 3 trays are filled with polychromos pencils. Can someone else confirrm this?

I use my box for,my pastel pencils and the box closes with three layers filled. It might be worth getting in touch with the manufacturers via Amazon as you might have a faulty box.

the dimensions are 19.5 centimetres by 13centimetres by 4 centimetres. it will hold 36 standard size pencils. hope that helps.
