Decent patch cables!
I love how easy these are to use, and the orientation of the plugs and flat cable combination makes most patches look very clean. The only issue I've encountered is when the patch panel and network device (in my case, a 48-port panel and 48-port switch) have an opposite plug orientation on one side, you have to deal with a twist in the length of the flat cable. That's better than a standard cable trying to bend itself with a twist, as these stay reasonably straight instead of trying to loop around or kink on themselves.

Cat 6 3m, cables. I get 1 Gbps + across them no worries.
Network cables, RJ45 connectors with a clasp. They transfer at interface speed for 2.5Gbps interfaces (Assuming you have the right switch of course). They are flat so they are easy to keep out of the way.

Maybe not the best choice for PoE
These are great! I didn't realize they were flat when I ordered them but it's fine. I did notice that I had trouble with some Ubiquiti Unifi access points dropping out when I used these for PoE so be careful of that. For patch panel/switch connections tho, they work great.
