A delicious and healthy alternative to coffee since I was diagnosed with hypertension and cut out caffeine and have acid reflux as well and the acidity of coffee bothers me. So as I searched and also saw the health benefits this was the perfect choice!I I bought a small brewing cup,and pour hot water on the filter and its great. I add my hazelnut creamer and its taste good. Sure I had to get used to the no coffee taste but it really taste nice and the benefits outweigh that it doesn't taste exactly like coffee .

I was super excited about the product and it’s reviews. I’ve been looking for a good coffee replacement for a while and have tried numerous opponents. This sounded like a real winner. And it is, if you want figs. I opened the canister and it smelled strongly of figs. Brewed it, and the lovely aroma of figs filled the kitchen. Hoped beyond hope it tasted like coffee: nope, figs. Now I love figs. They’re a treat for me. Fresh. Not hot brewed and supposedly a replacement for coffee. If anything this would be like fig tea, I have no idea how it’s like coffee. The good thing about it is if you want fig crumbs then this is for you. Maybe add fig flavor to your tea? Or actual coffee? Im thinking maybe if I put some of this on cheesecake or something that I’ll have a fig cheesecake, which would be wonderful. The product tastes great, for figs. The quality seems very good. And the cost seems to be ok considering what fresh figs cost in the market. But as coffee? NO.

I enjoy Figgy coffee as it has a little bitter after taste kind of like coffee. I like to french press it with roasted and ground Cocoa Nibs to give it rich warming flavor and smoothness. Figgy brew alone has a bit of a strong fig taste for me. I also add cashew cream that is sweetened with dates and that makes for a delicious drink without getting jittery the way coffee can make you. I also love that this has numerous health benefits being rich in magnesium, potassium and calcium! It may seem like a small container when you get it, but you only use a scant teaspoon per cup so it lasts a long time. Fig coffee is cleaner to drink, compared to traditional coffee which is rich in the use of large amounts of pesticides, herbicides, fungicides, and chemical fertilizers.

It's not as strong as Coffig is. Have to brew long like tea bags

Was so excited to try this product and switch over from coffee. I’m a breastfeeding mom who loves her cup of Joe, but it makes my kiddo on edge. Did a lot of research and was excited when I found this product. Finally! The comfort of coffee without the caffeine or super-processing (decaf). When I received it I shared with all my friends… only to be disappointed. It taste like a mud puddle. If I could return it I would. For reference, I tried brewing it two different ways.

I've tried some coffee alternatives. I LOVE coffee and have for years but have tried to reduce my intake and entirely eliminate at different points. I really enjoyed this brewed as a pour over especially with a splash of cream. It mimics a cup of coffee while being distinctly it's own in fig-flavor. As it boasts, a delicious, coffee-like beverage with zero caffeine and added nutritional benefits. I'm pleased with my purchase and plan to continue enjoying. Other alternatives I've tried have included a chicory root instant beverage as well as Teecino's herbal tea sampler, that latter of which was pretty good also with benefits of caffeine free and better for health. I like that Figgee requires me to brew as if it were coffee - it's part of the added experience of preparing a beverage that I've been accustomed to enjoying - a pour over cup of coffee.
