I scratched my lip and now there is a small but annoying cut on my lips. Would this help soothe and heal it?

Not sure if it will help heal the scratch, but it should help smooth your lips. I can't imagine that it would hurt your lips.

Does it minimize old age lines around lips (vertical lines)

I think the Overnight Treatment helps a bit for the fine lines as I put it on my lips and also the skin around my lips.
