So far all good I take first thing in the morning and there hasn't been any reaction taking beta sitosterol but what I can say is that I don't need to go to the toilet so often I shall see how the next month goes as I've only been using for a week

I just restarted taking many supplements after a long pause. I did so because of a few age-related incipient or chronic annoyances. While it's hard to tell which ones I benefited the most from, Beta Sitosterol was always among the supplements aimed at prostate gland problems. I was much better with the gland after just a few days, like I was with my joints (although e.g. a specific joint would need a specific cure).

Già dai primi giorni di uso del prodotto il bisogno di minzione è stato più che dimezzato con due compresse al giorno, come consigliato anche dal produttore. L'avessi saputo prima avrei risparmiato molti soldi e frustrazione, in quanto per più di un anno ho preso Serenoa repens, che il Dott. Mason dice essere inutile o quasi perché contiene solo tracce di Sitosterolo. Ho la sensazione che continuando due o tre mesi con questo prodotto supererò le difficoltà che mi ha lasciato una infezione batterica.

Das Produkt macht rein äußerlich einen guten und seriösen Eindruck. Ich habe mich für 4 Sterne entschieden, da der tatsächliche Nachweis der Wirksamkeit fehlt. Wie bei vielen Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln muss man sich hier ein Stück weit auf das Prinzip Hoffnung verlassen. Wer damit kein Problem hat, bekommt ein augenscheinlich solides Produkt, aber für die volle Punktzahl fehlt mir die garantierte Wirkung.
