How do the pads hold up if you are doing a lot of walking or jogging,? My callous is on the ball of my foot.

Mine was also on the ball of my foot and I never did have any trouble, in fact I was running every day on the tread mill at the time. Just be sure your foot is dry before putting it on. Good luck. Jeanette

Hpw long after removing the patch does it take for the callus to come off? I have used 2 patches so far and just have a white disc.

depends on how long you left the disc on but a few days at least, then soak for a bit.

How long are you meant to leave these on for?

In the instructions it says to leave it on for 2 days. Its waterproof so you can shower with it. Then you need to wait I think 1 or 2 days before you can do it again. Hope this helps..

I don't see why you couldn't. I hope it works for you. I got this for my daughter and it didn't work at all. I mailed it back. But I would say it's worth a try.
