I find myself having to buy one every year or so because all the PARTS ARE PLASTIC. I mean every little part is plastic. Also which they sold individual parts or maybe provided some sort of case to hold it in. It gets the job done and I use it everyday for cutting of onions and tomatoes in a commercial grade restaurant. Wish I had more money for an alternative choice though. Review: Five Stars - Love it!!!! Best investment!!
