How is the charge versus the Nikon batteries?

Charges in about the same time and lasts about as long. I have not noticed any significant differences

A single original nikon battery costs over $50. these are 2 for $21.99. too good to be true? what's the catch?

They aren’t Nikon brand. I took a chance and they work amazing for me. You won’t be disappointed.

Is this compatible with Coolpix 3200?

After looking it up, it appears that this is not the right battery replacement. I do not have a coolpix 3200.
