How many packets come in the order?

Each order contains 4 travel containers, each with 3 packets = 12 sink packets total per order. Thank you for asking!

Is the detergent liquid clear or blue?

If I recall it is blue. It does work well and it easily rinses off clothes. Have used it on heavy socks, shirts and underwear.
