Easy to use and it does a great job
This crimper does a very good job. It doesn't require much hand strength to operate [but if you do have weaker hands, this crimper will quickly build strength in them, depending on how often you use the crimper]. Of course lighter gauge ductwork is easier to crimp than heavier gauge. The only duct work I do is hot water heater exhaust vents. If you are a gardener, this is an essential tool for making retorts out of tin cans, which are used for making charcoal [which can be used in organic garden water filtration systems and for making terra prieta garden dirt -- online videos are out there to explain how to do these things]. I am pleased with this tool. It is well made and deserves 5-Stars in my opinion.

high quality
This was more than I wanted to pay, but after reading reviews of others and that they "cut" the metal, I went with these and I'm glad I did. The surface has a bit of texture and it's possible to crimp tin cans so they fit into each other. I'm making little ovens for making charcoal. After doing a few, I was able to do it quickly and uniformly so there was no deformation to the circle and the cans were crimped uniformly. They're really easy to use, and I'm sure they'd be equally great on eaves pipes, although I'm not sure about the heavier steel ones....

Works well but makes wide crimps
This crimper tool works great. The only downside is that the crimp folds are larger than the factory crimps. The factory crimp in the photo (lower) is 0.25" for 1 crimp (down and up fold). The manual crimp in the picture (upper) is 0.4".

Very well made and works well
I used this tool to make bio-char containers. I crimped both #10 cans and small cans, No issues what so ever. It never cut the metal and worked on both types of cans, a internal rim and one without the internal limb. Easy to use. It never cut the metal. I would highly recommend this tool.

Ideal crimping tool
Easy to use. I saw this on a YouTube video for crimping tin cans to make a “biochar burner” to use in a wood stove…bit obscure reason why to buy it🤭as someone who isn’t in the sheet metal business AND it’s a great tool, did exactly what I wanted it for. If any crimped sheet metal ever needs to be replaced or any other metal needs crimping it will work fine for that as well. Excellently made tool!

Worked well. Good grip, and easy to form the light crimp needed to fit 6" duct work together.
The JOUNJIP 5-Blade Sheet Metal Crimper works just fine, and seems quite rugged. Was easy to use on my small project replacing some old duct work. Just align two teeth with previous crimp and focus on keeping the crimps perpendicular to the edge. You don't need much force because the crimp depth should only be an 1/8 " or less ....because you'll be going around the entire pipe or a good portion of it for oval ducts. It's better to go with very light force and if it doesn't fit just revisit the crimp with a little more force in a few areas.

Worked as they should
Needed these for a one time stove install. They worked great on black stove pipe. Don’t feel very heavy duty, but did what I needed.

Works on Black steel wood stove pipe. Well made tool.
Needed a tool to crimp black steel wood stove pipe, which is a bit tougher then the duct work pipe. I have cut offs from over the years that I saved but couldn't really use since there was no crimp on one end. This tool crimps the stove pipe surprisingly easy. Its a bit slow but seeing the price of pipe these days I can now save money using sections of pipe that was once unusable.
