Yes, as long as the TZ205W is registered in the SAME MySonicWall account the TZ370W is registered in AND it has not been used as an upgrade in the past.

Thank you for your inquiry.

A competitive product would be a Competitive Brand Firewall (Not a router) such as a low-end model firewall by WatchGuard, NetGear, Fortinet, Sophos, and etc.

If you are upgrading from an older SonicWall firewall, then it needs to be from the TZ series of their firewalls. Also, you must register the new SonicWall in the same MySonicWall account the older SonicWall firewall was registered in.

It cannot be the unit that your ISP provider provided you for the Internet Connection since they actually own that firewall themselves.
