I needed to add an NVMe U.2 SSD to a server; this adapter works fine. Sags a bit under the weight of the SSD and thermals could be better though.

There isn't much to say here, this adapter does exactly what it's supposed to do with no fuss. You'll want airflow over the slot, u.2 form-factor drives tend to need it.Works exactly as expected with no surprises, solid part.

it works great, adds a splash of color to the system, but it needs cooling, it needs cooling BADLY. Maybe it is the drive I have running on it, I don't know, but the drive runs critically hot. I had to open the case and add fans to vacate the heat. Otherwise it's perfect for what I needed, which was a card that could handle my OCZ Z6300 drive.
