Sleek and powerful USB docking station
I'm as obsessive about the quality of my USB docking station as any component of my tech equipment. If you travel extensively and work on the road you have to be. You're never going to have enough USB and other ports on your laptop. That's just a fact of life. I've got the latest model from a high end, brand name laptop manufacturer. From a performance standpoint, it's a beast. It has a whopping *3* USB ports--all USB-C. The power cord occupies one of them, so that gives us only two. If you use an external mouse, there goes one more. That's my situation--I basically have one USB-C port for anything else I need to attach. This doesn't even consider the need for USB-A ports. Since I travel/work at least half of the year, that won't get it done.Another thing becomes quickly apparent: just adding a few more ports via a USB hub isn't enough. For starters, you need a powered USB hub if you're going to be doing anything serious. I'll sometimes be in a city for a month or more and I want to attach a monitor or two. I'll be using my laptop as a 'desktop replacement' during my extended stay and that requires different options than just taking it down to the local coffee shop to do some work. There's also the need to be prepared for as many situations as possible and that requires more connection options of a wider variety.Right after I purchased my new laptop I picked up a USB docking station. It does a fine job but there's a problem--it's the size and weight of a brick. I'm not sure how this happened. It came highly recommended and is about six months old. It works just fine if I need more laptop ports at home or in my office but the size, weight and general bulk of the docking station is an issue for travelling.I finally made the long overdue decision to get a lighter, sleeker USB hub for my travels. Over the past few months, a ton of powerful hubs in small form factors have hit the market. This one ranks among the best I've used. I really like Wavlink products--I've had quite a few in my time and all have been excellent and available at a value price point. This USB docking station is more of the same and is now in my laptop bag' for travel situations. It doesn't have quite as many ports as my brick sized docking station but his is enough, however, to take care of the majority of my needs. The real difference maker is the size and form factor. It looks sleek, weighs in at just over two pounds yet has the power and performance I need. Highly recommended!

Solid Dock
This dock is simple enough, has several ports. Perfect if you're going to need wired ethernet + extra usb ports on your laptop/tablet. The downside is this only connects via usb-C with no power delivery. So it can't be used as a point to charge the actual laptopAlso the video inputs are all different. Sure you could run multiple monitors but with different inputs. Bad for varying refresh rate monitors or high resolutionDell has a 180w dock station that gives power delivery and supports 2x DP + HDMI + 1 Mini DP and several usb 3.0+ high speed + extra usb-c connectionsIt doesn't have the same random connections like microSD but if you want to power high end monitors it's better + it charges the laptop through usb-C. It is bigger howeverBut for the price plus what this does, if you need a simpler solution or cheaper one this is great

Very nice dock. On/Off function is for Dock itself not PC.
Build Quality:The dock is excellent quality and looks and feels great. The materials are high quality and look great.Functionality:All the ports (USB, Ethernet, DP and HDMI) work well as well as the SD Card reader.Design / cable management. The design was a major selling point for me. The dock can rest under a monitor mount with all cables going out the back for a nice clean look with a few ports (SD, Headphone and one USB/Charging port) available on the front. (personally I would prefer the headphone jack be on the back as I do use external speakers.)Display Functionality:The display port worked well for me, I was able to run 3x monitors at 1080p (using DP to HDMI adapters)Resolutions are somewhat dependent on your Laptop's Display Port Version. In short you can get the following (all running at 60Hz)Newer Laptop: DP1.3: 3x1080p displays or 2x 1440p displays or 1x2160 (4k) displayOlder Laptop: DP1.2: 3x900p displays or 2x 1080p displays or 1x1440p display**or 1x 4k display at 30HzPowered USB Ports:The dock was able to run several (3) USB hard drives.On/Off ButtonThe on off button will only turn off power to the doc and doesn't function as an on / off switch to the PC you are using. It is on the front and has a blue light led to the right of the button to indicate if it is on or not.Included USB-C cable:A high bandwidth USB-C cable is included that can carry the video signals.100W power included:The included 100W power supply was plenty to power the dock and provide PD for my laptop without setting off the "slow charging" mode warning. The power brick itself is high quality and feels solid and well built.Bottom screw pattern:The bottom of the dock has 2 screw holes that are 55mm apart. There is no adapter included to convert this to a vesa mount so I'm not sure exactly what it is for.Final thought: The dock works well and looks like a high end product from a top name brand. My only complaint is that I was under the impression that this could power off and on my laptop, which it cannot. Other than that I Do recommend it.

Perfetto
The media could not be loaded. unica cosa avri messo alcune prese USB o usbc sul fronte dell apparecchio, per il resto è perfetto gestione periferiche molto buona e reattiva, nessun tipo di ritardo nell'uso di esse, per l'istallazione molto plug and play perche riconoscibile subito dal PC altrimenti all'interno si trova mini CD dei vari driver per l'utilizzo
