Seem to be working.

I found some patches that helped me with hot flashes and night sweats, but they were exorbitantly priced. So, I set out to find something else and came across these. I’ve been using them for about 6 months now. I find that they work decently if I use two at a time instead of one. I took off one star for the fact that they don’t stick all that well. I always make sure my skin is clean and dry and no lotion in the area that I wear them. Sometimes I even use a little alcohol to make sure there is no skin oils before applying, but this can result in irritation for me. Also, I wear them longer than the package states to. I don’t have any real adverse affects from that and it seems to help effectiveness for me. The price of these though is high for how they don’t work as well as The Good Patch (Relax). Although, half the money I guess means half as effective. So, the jury is still out for me whether I will continue to use them. I do like that they are made in USA. But I do wish I could actually see the product on the sticker like I can on TGP.

Not only didn't help, but I got allergies similar to latex. Didn't help even when doubled, just got double pain from allergies. The pain worsen with each next use. I cannot even finish the month supply. Whstever the material is, it is as much allergen as latex.

I love being able to just put the patch on and forget about it. I am not a huge fan of tons of oral supplements that I have to take each day so this is super convenient. I think I am on the Peri-menopause route so not all out yet. It has seemed to mellow out my moods and I seem to have less PMS symptoms.

I have been using for about 4 months now and believe theses patches are helping to reduce the hot flashes that I was experiencing during the daytime. The patch stays in place when wearing it. It does not leave any residue such as stickiness on the skin when removed. It has not fallen off. It has not caused any rash or discomfort to my sensitive skin. So I will continue to use as I have subscribed to this product. Glad to have found a natural alternative.

Perimenopause go away!!! I have been in perimenopause for 4 years and it is torture. I didn’t want to take synthetic hormones so I did a lot of research and it led me to these patches. I noticed a difference in the first week, with consistent usage. Night sweats went away. Love these and recommend to any woman that feels my pain.

I put one of these patches on each morning after I shower. While they don't take away all menopausal symptoms, they greatly help with how hot I get @ night. These patches make it easier to sleep. Using them daily has provided some much needed relief. I don't get nearly as hot in the middle of the night.

I broke out in blisters where the patch was applied.
