Could someone please, please, please give me an updated review of the benefits of this product? I want to get off Xanax!

I found it took this product about two weeks to really kick in, but once it did, I can feel a noticeable difference! I take 3 capsules in the morning about an hour before breakfast (you want to take on an empty stomach). I feel a sense of calm throughout the day and it really helps with my depression and OCD symptoms. Highly recommend!

No, the label just says to "store in a cool dry area".
