Be careful
There is no guarantee that you will receive 2 yards uncut. Had the fabric been cut with the fold in the proper place, I might not be so upset to get 2 one yard cuts, but it isn’t even a full 2 yards and the fold is on the short side. I can’t work with this! Thank goodness Amazon will see that my return is accepted and refund given.UPDATE:I realize that this is a small business and I always like to see small businesses succeed. Please small business please fix this problem with the yardage and the cuts because I really like the fabric otherwise I would not have bought it. These cuts are not usable for my project, but because you are a small business and I want you to succeed I will find something to do with these cuts but I’m having to change my estimate time of completion. but please fix the problems. Everybody has a learning curve, growth pains, but I don’t wanna be one of your starter customers

PRECUT YARDS! Not actually by the yard continous cut!
I will start by saying this is nice fabric. And it is a good thing I didn't need the yards to be connected. When sellers of fabric say "by the yard" usually means made to order and you get continous yards when ordering more than one. This item should NOT say "by the yard" anywhere in the description. It should say precut yards. This causes more waste than needed. Not buying from this seller again.

Disappointed by the cuts
anyone who sews understands the words ‘ by the yard’ to mean you specify how many yards and then the number of yards are cut in one piece. I cannot use 2 single yard cuts to make the garment I’m working on. I need 2 continuous yards. In addition, a two of the four cuts were less than a yard each. That is simply not as advertised.I’m seriously disappointed. Based upon what I read, it looks like this group will only cut in full yard quantities. You should state up front that you are selling ‘pre-cut one yard pieces’ only and then cut the pieces so that they actually are one yard.
