These don’t come in Uni ball Packaging. Instead they come in a plastic sleeve. I assume they are taken from a bill pack broken down and sent out. But they seem ok !

I recently ordered a pack of pens from this seller and while the delivery time was much longer than expected, I must say that the pens themselves are pretty good. The ink flows smoothly and they write well, with a comfortable grip. However, the shipping took a lot longer than I was told it would and it was a bit of a inconvenience. If you're ordering these pens, I would suggest allowing for a little extra time in case there are any delays with shipping. Overall, the quality of the pens is good, but the late delivery is a bit of a drawback. If you're not in a rush to receive your order, these pens could be a good choice, but if you need them quickly, you may want to consider finding a different option.
