These are the straps I have been looking for big time. They have a nice thick metal hook system, it goes right on the squat rack bars at the gym and hold a great amount of weight. There is length to them, so you are not fighting to get your arm in, hoping it doesnt slip, this is real good quality and worth the price. Rests comfortably on my arms, they do not rub and I can get my lower abs in with no issues. Quality.

Great! High quality and damn durable! But… It was too solid for my purposes. It was smooth and cushioned enough for upper arm support in doing the typical Ab Strap exercises. But there are Ab Strap exercises I do that involve squeezing/squishing the device - either within the upper shoulders or even in the hands. These are so sturdy they don’t squish! Neither can you squeeze them! So I hadda return ’em…

Comfortable, well made. Great for dead hanging longer than when grabbing on to a pullup bar. I have herniated discs so I use these to hang from as well as doing some core/ab work.

These hanging straps are great for torching your abs and obliques. Usually, your grip gives out before your abs do so by using the straps, the workout goes all to your core. Very good quality with large carabiners to fit over any bar.
