This product has reduced my Tinnitus (ringing in the ears) down to almost 0%. I've always had a teeny bit of ringing in the ears, off and on. However, in the past year or so it had gotten very loud to the point it was hard to go to sleep. I had read that reducing sugar and salt intake could help; but, I also read about Gingko as a remedy for some. I am very happy to report that after taking this product daily for a month my Tinnitus was almost gone. Now, two months later, and it completely gone most of the time. When it is there, it is so minimal it is not a bother. While I did not get this product to help with brain health or memory, I do actually think it has helped with that too. I feel just a little sharper, less sluggish, with my brain functioning. Awesome! So glad I tried this product. Also awesome is how good the quality of Dr's Best products is while being priced lower than other brands with a similar level of quality. I can highly recommend this product.

First of all, I'd like to say that every supplement I have purchased from this company seems to be a very high quality product. And taking gingko for a time at no more than the recommended dosage on this bottle is probably just fine. That being said, taking higher doses for an extended time can lead to afib according to recent research. For all of its vasodilation and brain benefits, there is, sadly a potential downside as well. This is to do with electrical channels it can affect, thus affecting heart function. Do your research. The studies indicated that after a month of discontinuing taking gingko in people who had developed afib, the afib then subsided.

I Started using this product because of memory loss, from forgetting my wallet(regularly) to forgetting where I was going or where I was at. I didn't have much faith in it helping, but anything was better than what was going on daily. I've been using Ginkgo Biloba for over two years now. I started with the 60mg twice a day(one after breakfast, and the other after lunch). The results weren't instant, it took a few weeks(3) but I noticed I was remembering more. I would every once in a while forget my wallet but I was usually locking the door when I noticed it or just getting in the car(a lot better than being across state lines and stopping for gas only to find that I'd forgotten it) the biggest thing was those times when I'd be driving and have no idea of where I was going or even where I was at. Those stopped about a month into using Ginkgo Biloba and about the same time I switched to the 120mg and using them once a day after breakfast. I have read a lot of reviews with people saying that it made them nervous or anxious I'd recommend starting with the 60mg twice a day(morning and noon) and give it time, not everything is instant and some take longer than others.
