We're using this to hold an iPad for a PowerPoint presentation to be viewed by visitors to our small museum. It seems sturdy and was easy to set up--although we did have to improvise a bit to fit the new iPad. The only caution I would note is that when you close the platform for the electronic device it's a very snug fit--especially for the connection for the charging cord. Also, note: for most devices you are going to have to purchase an extra long charging cord to get down the stand and out to an outlet.

I am extremely disappointed with the quality of this stand's powder coating. The first one I received had noticeable bumps and cracks all over the surface, which is unacceptable for the price. Hoping it was just a one-off issue, I returned it and requested a replacement. Unfortunately, the new stand had the same flaws. For the cost, I expected a much better finish. This is simply not acceptable, and I would not recommend this product to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship.

Key got stuck inside the lock and now we can’t lock it or remove the key. The stand is heavy but the piece of junk lock ruins it.

I bought 2 of the same model to mount them close together but they were different in design, one of them has holes and has screws to be fix to the ground and the other one has neither holes nor screws.

I purchased two of these floor stands to use as time clock kiosks for my staff. Upon assembling one of the stands, the key got stuck in the lock. We were able to remove the lock from the stand, however the key remains stuck in the lock. I and once of my staff members have been trying for a couple of months now to get a replacement lock and key. I have reached out to CTA digital several times and was only contacted via email once requesting a copy of my proof of purchase. I have not heard back since!!! I would expect much more that the treatment I have received.

I bought 2 stands. I like the stands but the locks broke after 4 months of use. Not happy about having a locking stand that doesn't lock.

The item description clearly states the kiosk ships with the iPad mount. After receiving the kiosk and it not including the mount, I contacted the seller. The seller stated in an email that the kiosk does not include the mount but they would ship one to me. It has not arrived. This is definitely not worth the hassle.

is there any way to fix a broken lock? it wore out in two months and the key doesn't turn anymore. i need my stand to actually lock, the whole purpose of it.
