Is this a 70 ply or 80 ply wheel? Product photos state "80 ply" but written description states 70 ply.

This 6 inch buffing wheel is 70 Ply,the picture is wrong, thanks.

Are any of these wheels a non shedding wheel?

I have what is called an Airhandler floor model buff station. It has a squirrel cage and filter because all wheels shed during use, and buff compound gets thrown off the wheel, along with fine material from whatever you are buffing. When I change the 1" x 25" filter, I am always amazed at how much it pulled in. The filter always has a deep layer of fibers from the two wheels used on the buffer.

Do these come with metal flanges?

My 6” bench grinder is 3600 rpm. Is that too fast for this polishing wheel?

Thanks for your question, this polishing wheel is ok for your 6" bench grinder in 3600rpm. Further more, it has passed the test in 5600rpm bench grinder.
