I have had/used this pan a few times over different times and situations. It's really awesome. Because of the silicone it is easy to clean and maintain over time; however, because of the metal it also maintains its shape going in and out of the oven without pouring things out the middle when you try to pick it up by one side or both. Sometimes after years of use you might get a little rust on the underside of the metal part, but that never touches the food anyway and has never been an issue for me. Overall, super satisfied with this pan. Great for breads, meatloaf, lasagna, frito-pie...whatever you would normally cook in any other loaf pan.

I've had these for years and bought a couple more to make more breads together. They do not deform or stain over time. They hold up well in repeated use and stack easily for storage. I recommend putting a pan under them when baking so you don't get ridges in the bread from the wire rack in the oven. However, I think they are too expensive so I only give them four stars instead of five.

This company is great, they emailed me a thank you note after I placed my order. When I received my pan I could not get on the website for the cookbook. I emailed them and just a couple of hours later they sent me the cookbook via attachment to my email. I used the pan to cook meat loaf for dinner last night. It worked great, did not have to use anything to grease the pan, the meat loaf came out easily, cleanly, with very little meat stuck to it. I put it in the dishwasher and ran the load. The pan came out very clean. I would definitely order from this company again. They have made me feel like they appreciate my business and value me as a customer. This has not happened to me in many years. (I wish the cookbook was a "regular" book and not ebook.)

Good quality and sturdy. The silicone walls are thick enough to prevent 'bulging'. I liked the frame and handles. I used it to mold a salad and it was a breeze to un-mold it. No shaking, no banging, no dipping in hot water, etc. Made me very happy. Just needed to release vacuum in one corner. I've put it in the dishwasher and it was perfect. The only concern I had, which is inherent with silicone, was absorption of smells from the food. Washing it by hand did not remove the smell, but when I put it in the dishwasher, it did remove it.

It’s smaller than regular loaf pan. It burns the bread. .

Clean nice and easy

Seems to work fine. My first loaf in this tin took longer to cook through then previous pans but then again that could have been the new receipt I was using. The cake did not stick and fell straight out of the pan, and I did not use any coatings to help the release.

Me encantó el molde, lo estaba esperando para cocinar un panqué y quedó perfecto, no se pegó. Sólo tuve que untar aceite de coco derretido. Mantiene su forma al calentarlo, es muy resistente. Ya tenía una rosca de esta misma marca.

This pan has a large aluminum handle which is sturdy and easy to grab with gloves on. The pan is a bright easy-to-see red silicone. It holds its shape fairly well although I am used to an all-aluminum tin so I'm not completely sold on the soft sides yet. The size is an industry standard and perfect for banana bread, pound cake, and other loafs. It bakes well, and along with the patterned bottom everything releases very easily. A did get a good crust on the sides and top with this pan. Not having to grease the pan is healthier and more cost efficient. Consistent results every time. Clean up is easy and its dishwasher safe.

This pan is AMAZING. I love the color and the metal hands which makes the pan good looking and functional. It’s non stick which works great. I have made meatloaf, banana bread and use these now as my regular bread pans. The bread cooked evenly and was easy to get out. I hate the metal pans, my bread always sticks no matter what I do. Well with this pan,put your dough in and bake. Let it cool about 10 minutes, and then VOILA, it comes right out!!! This pan is great for the money. Pros: 1.No need for cooking spray; 2. The baked goods just pops right out and doesn't stick. 3. Easy clean up since hardly anything is left in the pan. 4.Another great part is the pan is dishwasher safe, so easy breezy clean up. Cons: 1. This is my first silicone pan so I don't know what to compare it to but if I compare with metal I prefer silicone.
