Wasn't my battery, it was the motor. Battery was good , it charged in the charger.
Ends up my vacuum motor is fried. Thus I guess the battery is good

Died literally 1 day after warranty
Easy to install, worked fine. It stopped charging yesterday and there were none of the common warning signals or codes, no blockages, etc - green charging light goes on, but no power. Took it in to a shop and they say the batter is shot. I checked the service plan that came with it and it literally ended the day before. 6 months of life is not acceptable for this produce, no matter the price.

Best non OEM replacement battery ive had for my Dyson
Ive had my Dyson DC-59 for many many years. Ive replaced the battery at least 5 times since i got it and so far this one has performed better than the other non OEM's i bought for it. Most of the time you get what you pay for, i was lucky to get a year out of cheaper ones i bought. Though, OEM is prob the best choice, so far this battery holds a charge equal to original one and has outlasted 4 of the 5 replacements. No complaints here, will buy again

Gets very hot
The battery fit easily. It doesn’t stay charged as long as original battery did, when it was new. The battery gets very hot. The price was great and I’m not sorry I purchased it, despite the two concerns.

A great replacement.
First one I got kept dying, but they swapped it without any issue. Very easy to install (2 screws) and lasts longer than the Dyson one ever did. Yes it’s a slightly different color but the performance and value make up for that. Will buy again in about 18months when needed.

JUNK! Do not purchase!!
I have purchased other 3rd party batteries on here with good results, but this product is junk. Went dead 2 months after purchase, and no warranty to fall back on. This was after getting the first one that didn't work right out of the box. Almost trashed my vacuum, as I couldn't fathon the battery was stone cold dead already. Light shows it is charged, but I tested the function, and no voltage is supplied to the terminals.

Don't pay full prison for name brand
My Dyson battery died after 5 years, but I was able to get this battery at a great price and it works just the same! super easy to install.

Unfortunately I only got the time to install it post the return window period. Never worked and I request Amazon to support me with a refund.
