This is one of the better electrolyte mixes I’ve tried. The ingredients are simple and plant based, which I appreciate, and it doesn’t have that overly artificial taste some hydration powders do. The flavor is light and refreshing rather than too sweet, so it’s easy to drink regularly. It mixes well without a lot of grit and hasn’t upset my stomach. I love the Cure Watermelon flavor. Many flavors to choose from. It rehydrates you so much better than other brands, imo. There is no aftertaste. It’s a great value. It ships quickly. I found it very effective and will order more.

I like this brand better than Liquid-IV! It's not gritty at all. Dissolves fast. And, it hydrates me when I really need it. My favorite when I need a little boost. Love that it's non-gmo!

For me: I'm trying to reap the benefits of tea but no matter " the flaver" I have trouble with the tea taste. Using this in the iced tea concoction REALLY helps and is more beneficial than sugary mixes.

Tastes good and hydrates well without all the extra added sugar or ingredients like most brands. I am breastfeeding too so good way to stay hydrated for milk supply. Already on our third bag, would definitely recommend.

Ok product but too expansive for how many packets it contains Also just one packet isn’t enough to fully flavor a 40 once bottle of water I am going back to Nutricost which is way way more economical and one single scoop flavors that much amount of water perfectly
