This is absolute magic, unbelievable blessing. I have been TTC since 2022 and had 2 pregnancy loss. I have high TSH~3-4, PCOS and no so kind insulin resistance but started taking this about 8 days ago but i have also been taking vertex 450 mg of other brand from about 2 months but was not consistent. I had a negative test result a week ago and today after 12 days past from my due period i tested again and 😍 i can’t hold my tears back after seeing this result. I have tried clomid, letrozole and was supposed to go for IUI this month which i couldn’t for some family emergency but i stated taking vertex with a hope that let’s try this too… i am taking berberine, metformin and levothyroxin with inositol for about 2.5 years now and never had a positive result and besides them i certainly want to believe this thing helped me and worked for me. I've been using this product for 2 years now, it works well. I can tell when I forget to take it. This product boost my mood and regulates my cycles well. I saw a difference within a week.

I am tracking my cycle for ovulation. I have had irregular periods my whole life so tracking has been difficult because I have no idea what to expect each month on how long my cycle will be (it could be anywhere from 30-41days) and ovulation day jumps anywhere from day 17 of my cycle to day 28 of my cycle. I had all the tests for hormones and thyroid and everything came back normal, the doctor said it’s pretty much just how you are naturally. I heard this supplement regulates your period to a more standard 28 day cycle and it WORKS.Month one on this supplement I ovulated day 19 and cycle was 31 days totalMonth two ovulated day 18 and cycle 30 days.I am hopeful consistent use will give a more regulated cycle. Highly recommend to anyone struggling with irregular cycles with no underlying issues.

I think this stuff actually does something legitimate to balance out your hormones, but, because of that, you should use with caution. Do your research to see if your issues line up with what this product is meant to treat before you try it. I could definitely see it making some problems worse, so be smart about it--this is not a panacea, and natural/herbal does not necessarily mean weak or safe. This is potent stuff.I feel like it helped shorten and balance out my cycle. I didn't notice a significant effect for about 2 full cycles, then for the next 3-5 cycles I noticed things really balancing out and becoming more predictable. Then, the next 2 cycles after that got a little weird. They were a bit short, which was odd for me, and I had some strange discharge. I stopped taking the vitex, and things evened out again--but I did not lose the positive effects! My cycles remained short and regular, and I have been off for several months.Your mileage may vary, but this worked for me. I think you should only take it for a finite amount of time, and your body should tell you when you're ready to be done--just pay attention to your bodily signals. I did not take it every single day of the month--this is VERY important. Your body needs a break. My system was that I took it for 28 straight days (my cycles were never that short) and then stop until my next period was over. It usually came between days 33-38, and lasted 3-4 days, then I would start taking vitex again (2 caps every morning) for another 28 days, so on, so so forth. One drawback is that I felt it lowered my sex drive a bit. I would definitely notice an increase in my libido when I stopped taking it. That has been one nice thing about stopping the vitex altogether! Also, my cycles are rarely over 36 days now. This stuff is the real deal. Cannot speak to helping with conception, I did not use this product for that.

So I started taking these on 1/11/26 I’m still taking it as of today. I got this to help with my mood leading up to my period 😆I’m very regular with my periods every month so no issues there it was more of a mood stabilizer for me. I would definitely recommend this product to help with that overthinking/anxiety right before your period. I will say I can tell a difference if I forget to take it. I take it daily two per day. Also, I do take it first thing in the morning and I have no side effects or anything like that..I would say if anything my skin looks more clear and fresh looking.

This stuff is strong! It's so strong, in fact, it actually makes me dizzy, but that's a personal side effect for me. So if you need high dose vitex, then this is a great, highly effective brand. Easy to swallow with no bad taste and no digestive issues for me.

I only started taking these a month ago.. They say it takes a few months so I'll update. Suffering from hormonal acne and hoping this will help!**UPDATE**It has been almost 3 months and I have to say that I see a difference. The acne isn't all gone, but there has been a significant improvement. I also drink Spearmint tea daily to lower androgen levels and I believe a combination of the two has helped. Make sure you stick to it, it won't work in a month it takes time, don't get discouraged.
