Great substitute for eggs
This foamer works perfectly as a substitute for egg in cocktails. It creates a nice, stable foam that looks and feels just like the real thing, without the hassle of dealing with raw egg whites. The texture it adds to drinks is smooth and consistent, giving cocktails that professional finish. Itโs also convenient to measure and useโjust a few drops do the trick. The flavor impact is minimal, so it doesnโt interfere with the balance of the drink, which is exactly what you want in a foamer. A reliable, easy-to-use product that makes it simple to get the same effect as egg whites in cocktails.

Perfect for foamy when sans eggs
It was odd how very few reviews for this stuff I could find so I was a tad apprehensive. Good news: it works + no issues so far. This is a perfect solution for the home cocktail maker who either doesn't want to waste an egg, or is out of eggs. Or is out of chickpeas (if you use aquafaba). One review I did find mentioned the taste. I haven't noticed any yet and I've purposely done a few more neutral cocktails like a vodka sour where the flavor would stand out. Maybe my nose is wonky, but I'm not getting much of anything. I use it just like I would aquafaba or egg whites. But you only need 3-4 dashes. I do a dry shake. Then a shake with ice. Results are pretty consistent and the foam is nice. One note that is different between this product and using egg whites or aqua faba: because you are using a lot less the mouthfeel that you might get with egg whites isn't there. Yes, there is foam and it's great, but I sometimes think that it's missing a bit of silkiness on the palate. So, I've tried to add that weight/texture/silkiness via other methods. Maybe a bar spoon of gum syrup? Still experimenting. Bottom line: It foams. I don't taste anything off. It's Fee Brothers. All good.

Great for cocktails!
Okay okay. This product is pretty decent and works well with our cocktails. Donโt really like using egg whites leaves a weird film on the roof of my mouth. And how many cans of chickpeas do I have to go thru for aqua fava? This is way better. Glad we came across this product.

Most generous review
My most generous opinion of this, is that it does its job. I used this in a Green Eyes (gin) cocktail. The foam is extremely light like soap, not dense and thick like egg white. I'm glad that it did NOT add any flavor (that I could detect). However, it also does not contribute anything to the density of the drink (mouth feel). Overall I'm happy with this product. The outcome is different from egg white, but definitely not bad.

If you have a bar in your home, it is a must have ingredient.
I recently learned what this is on a cruise last month. When you order cocktails and they shake it and you get that nice little foam on top. Thatโs usually caused by shaking in egg whites, and then straining in to a glass. This has the same effect but shelf stable and just a couple of dashes, shake, strain, pour and drink.

Canโt go wrong using this product!
Was amazed at how easily this was to use. Sure beats having to whip up an egg white!

ESTAFA

Quality product
While the recommended 2-3 dashes doesn't seem to be enough to create a thick, stable foam on a cocktail, this vegan foamer works very well as an egg white substitute with no odor or discoloration to the base ingredients.

Ottimalo foamer

Great egg white substitute for cocktails
This is great substitute for those cocktails that call for egg white. I made lemon meringue martinis by shaking vodka, lemoncello and fee brothers foam with ice. It gave a nice froth at the top and did not change the taste. Delish!
