It’s hard to really tell if vitamins really do work for me or not, so however, my review is this that I am 74 soon to 75 and 60 lbs overweight and my point is this I generally loose my energy while trying to get the lbs off and before I purchased these vitamins that’s way it was for me. But after taking these for over two weeks now I’m doing quite well. When I run low I will reorder these again.

My first review for Amazon regarding this product was declined as not suitable. I wrote it a year ago on my 70th birthday having been given them as a joke by a friend and neighbour. Now aged 71, this is my second subsequent order of this product, which I buy at Amazon’s maximum rate of 5 boxes at a time; usually when they are on offer.Competitively priced, I have to say that I have not noticed any improvement in my performance at the gym, however, looking at the key ingredients and questioning the NHS and other sites, the vitamins in particular are provided in appropriate doses. Similarly the minerals are beneficial and in an appropriate dose for a man of my age. This leaves the final group of items like ginseng, pumping seed extract, beta carotene etc. Again the general consensus is that these items are beneficial, however, it is difficult to confirm whether they are provided in a sufficient amount to determine if they are appropriate for need.As recommended, I take my single tablet once a day after my evening meal; the largest meal of the day routinely for me. The tablet are quite large, but lozenge shaped so easy for me to swallow. Those with concerns regarding their size could easily split them in two. In terms of taste, they are meant to be swallowed whole, but they do have a slightly yeast/malt flavour.How effective they I am not qualified to comment on, but having used them for over a year now, I must have some faith in them.Decent price from Amazon and far cheaper than a health shop or my local super market.A decent multi vitamin/multi mineral which is the essence of my original review.
