Great idea but can't use the product
Product was delivered quickly and it was in great condition but once I went to open it...I couldn't close it...the plastic "dishes" just stuck in the position seen in the picture and would not move. Trying to figure out how I can fix this and hopefully don't have to send it back :( The noise plastic makes when I try to move the layers is a whole other story. Can't use this product at this time. UPDATE:.Used a little bit of cooking oil to get it moving fine. Changed my review from 2 stars to 4...only because it was a problem from the start

Great for home use.
We got one for our home to use with our cocktail glasses or pint glasses. Easy to use, seems sturdy enough for what we use it for. Folds up easy to put away and is also easy to clean. Definitely a good value for the money.

It’s a keeper
Easy to wash. Works just like it should. Works with small or large glassware.

Works well... after adjustments
As noted in many other reviews, the unit is difficult to open when you first get it. After you muscle it open a a few times you'll notice it actually becomes even more difficult to the point where you feel it'll break if you force it. I read that some took it a part, cleaned it, greased it, etc. The issue is a design flaw or a quality control issue as the upper portion of the pivot post that is on the lime juice shelf is too big for the salt shelf that attaches to it. The solution is to sand the post or inside of the salt shelf pivot to either make the post a smidge smaller at top or the salt shelf connection bigger. It took me all of 5 minutes to do this and it works like champ now. To disassemble, the top cover just pops off, then take something straight (screwdriver, butter knife, etc) and put it the post from the top and pop out the plug at the bottom. The shelves then just slide off the post at that point. It should be easy to take apart and put back together. I added photos with red boxes showing where you need to sand or file down the plastic.
