is this item easy to use

Yes very easy to use ,my cat had been used to other spot on with little effect .After using Advantage for the first but definitely not the last time after other's online recommendations ,I watched the fleas literally falling off my cat whilst they were dying almost immediately ,I would say very effective

I have a Chihuahua and we live in Egypt six months of the year. Comments about efficacy of this product(Advantage), with ticks would be very welcome

Hiya. Live in Cheshire here. We have all sorts of creepy critters that love to attach themselves to my dogs and cats, free meal all round! I researched this product after wasting so much money on frontline, this didn't work for me anymore. I purchased just before Xmas and dropped it on animals, within minutes I spotted a flea trying to hang onto my dog's coat (probably gasping for air, didn't get magnifying glass out!) ;) there have been no fleas, ticks or mites on any of my 7 animals since! :) will be buying again next month to repeat. It's brilliant and really works.

Is it the same ingredients for cats & dogs ?

does this product kill ticks?

No it doesn't. I started using this 2 weeks ago. I found a tick on my dog 5 days ago. I recieved my 'tick remover' today and have just removed the tick and it was still alive! I've just drowned the horrid tick in mouthwash, vinegar and bleach! So I would say NO this product does not kill ticks.
