Tosnail 12 Cavity Mini Cheesecake Pan with 24 Pieces Removable Bottom

These are a wonderful baking tool. The size is just right! They are not as small as mini cup cake tins and not as large as a regular cup cake tins. I would say they are a 2 bite dessert, but my husband and kids eat them in 1. Before baking I sprayed them Pam, baked them, let cool and for 10 minutes, used a knife around some of the edges to help them release, let them cool completely then refrigerated them over night. The next day they came right out with out any issues!I hand washed them as I do all my baking pans and they washed up easily. The little disks are sharp, so be aware and wash with a sponge. I love that they came with so many extra disks. I highly recommend this so if you are on the fence....go for it you will not be disappointed.

The media could not be loaded. Love these pans. I would have giving it 5 stars but the small disks that release from pan are extremely sharp and I sliced my finger cleaning them. So be careful. Wish they would somehow fix that. But other then that I love them. I made Ube Brownies. And they came out of the pan so easy. It’s amazing!!

Got this to make no bake cheesecakes and it is a life saver. For this price, the quality is very good! A definite recommend!

Easy to use and perfect size for mini cheesecakes

I thought I had pretty much every kitchen appliance and utensil known or necessary for a kitchen that is regularly challenged. Silly me, I didn't know this little beauty existed. Family and friends had better be prepared, because I will now unleash exquisite culinary fury on them.I used this handy little pan to make Strawberry Rose Mousse Cakes for a tea party hosted by my nieces and sister-in-law. They were such a hit my brother asked me to leave a couple for him. I would not have been able to make them without this pan. It is non-stick, so be careful with washing the bottom discs. It is simple to clean, but you don't want o throw the discs in with silverware, for example.I am planning other tasty desserts and savory hors d'oeuvres to make in this little pan. It isn't just for cheesecake!

Bought these originally to make cheesecake bites and they worked great because they were the perfect size and were easy to pop out with the removable bottom. Over time I did notice that the coating started to chip off of the discs when I would wash them, and also stick to the bites I baked. I definitely did not want to keep baking in them and potentially have someone ingest the coating. The little discs at the bottom were also a little sharp, so I would just be careful with handling them.
