What nuts would you use with these? I cant seem to to find anything for 10/32

'Rack screws' normally do not require nuts, the rack they are used in being tapped, or a version of Tinnerman nuts attached. It is usually impossible to put a nut on a screw used on the front rails of a rack without out clearance from the sides to get your hand in, or enough space above and below what ever it is you are mounting in the rack. 10/32 nuts are common in any hardware store or big box home store.

Arr these screws and racks made for mounting 19" audio component hardware?

Never say never. Racks might be threaded for 10-32 screws, or they might be set-up for cage nuts using a 12-24 screw.

Head diameter is about 29/64" or 0.46 inch, which is larger than stock SKB rack screws.
