The extended anvil is great to get into tight spaces. A few months after using the tool, the top retaining nut came off and tool parts went flying. I was able to put it back together, but you definitely want to make sure the top retaining nut is tight. It's good for light fabrication, but at 0.5HP I can lean into it and stop it from moving with a wire wheel. I also bought a snap on extended anvil die grinder that is 1HP for about the same price (~$350) off the truck and I'm much happier with it. This tool isn't bad, but if you use it hard, get the snap on through a dealer (don't pay full price).
