What form of vitamin b-12 is in this product? i can only take folate not folic acid!

Two parts to this answer. First, folic acid or folate is vitamin B-9. This was not on the list of ingredients. Second, vitamin B 12 is referred to by a different name.Methylcobalamin and 5-deoxyadenosylcobalamin are the forms of vitamin B12 that are active in human metabolism . (I got this from the website nih.gov) The ingredient list only mentions B12, but not the exact form of the B 12. No B9 on the ingredient list. Hope this helps.

I just ordered can you switch unflavored to fruit punch ?!

In our experience, unflavored did not add to the taste a noticable amount. We love the orange best. If you are trying to change your order, you are in the wrong forum.

How many packs to a box?

There are 30 packs in the box. It is well worth the money. My husband had major surgery, and this helped him heal faster.

Will Juven help with rebuilding cartlidge?
