Not overly sweet and does provide quality hydration supplement benefit for my cycling. I started using this as my main hydration solution for my gravel rides which typically are about 30 -40 miles. I found about half a scoop of this in 21 oz bottle works well for taste and on hot days use a full scope. I supplement this with tablets on very hot days. though I do find a regular water bottle is required for thirst management. great product. I got strawberry lemon-aid but will likely export the other flavors.

Well I am disabled and I have POTS and I have diarrhea (cha cha cha). I cannot tolerate artificial sweeteners including the natural ones like stevia and monk fruit. So I chatted with chat GBT ad nauseam to find something that used just enough sugar to help the process of the electrolytes working properly and nothing artificial. I purchased the strawberry lemonade the first time and there's not much flavor there. But ultimately I am not looking for a delicious beverage. I am looking for something that works. This works and it causes me no harm. I would like to see lower prices in the future because it is a very expensive product and not something that I can reasonably afford even though it's something I absolutely need. Chat GBT has suggested that I make it myself. And that's annoying. There should be a product that is affordable and doesn't involve me turning my kitchen into a chemistry lab. Ultimately a good buy if you are looking for something that works and does not contain artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners. Woot.

Used this for a half marathon. The taste is great and it seemed to really help with hydration. I like how this one does have sugar so I could use as fuel if I couldn’t stomach other options. Great price as well!

I'm a fan of Skratch Labs. I don't mix it as strong as recommended, but gives good hydration with a nice flavor. It's my go to. The only challenge is on race day, no one offers it so you have to adjust.

I was searching for electrolytes drink with no artificial sugar and found this one with a simple list of ingredients and natural flavour! It really taste like a natural strawberry lemonade because it’s made with real lemons and strawberries and no artificial flavor. I think that the price is good for that high quality and natural ingredients drink. I was feeling nauseous today so I drank those electrolytes and that nausea feeling disappeared. Skratch lemon and strawberry is may favourite sports drink. I find the flavour is great, even after many, many kilometres of running, even in desert heat. I’ve not had a single upset from it, which I couldn’t say about most other sports drinks. The ingredients are clear and the balance of electrolytes and calories works really well. Would recommend.
