Great carving knife
Great carving knife, very good steel, and strops back to razor sharp. I prefer this to the classic mora carving knife. More expensive, but you get what you pay for

Fantastic Hardwood Knife
I like this knife. Been using a Mora 106 for a long time and still do use it, but I find this stays sharper longer when carving harder woods. The quality is nice and the knife comes razor sharp out of the package. A couple strips and I was ready to do. The spine is a little thicker than the Mora so I feel like I have more strength behind the tough push cuts. Would recommend for any avid hardwood carver. The only thing I didn’t like was the size of the grip. Just wasn’t super comfortable but I carved and sanded it and it is nice in my hand. I don’t see it as a bad thing though.

Quality knife
I started with a cheaper set of carving knives, and after a few months was ready for some tools with better quality. I started with this sloyd knife and am completely satisfied with this tool! the handle is comfortable in my hand and the blade cuts through the wood easily. Flexcut does make quality knives at a reasonable price!
