These are truly top quality, and the most delicious sardines I have had. I purchase them by the dozen and it is handy having them available as part of a healthy snack or to include in a meal or a salad. Health benefits include strengthening bones- calcium, vitamins, and minerals, and omega 3 fatty acids. I like that they are in spring water, and are WILD CAUGHT.

Liked it a lot
I liked it a lot, and am surprised at how seldom you see sardines from the West Coast of North America in the market --- they're the gold standard. Why in the world should we in the US, Canada or Mexico have to Import sardines?

Delicious and Nutritious
The fish vary slightly in size so some cans will have three fish while other will have four or five. The fish themselves are tender and juicy with a mild aroma and hold together well when removed from the can. The pull top lid opens cleanly and easily and the tin rinses well for later recycling.

Fantastic! They appear to be more fresh than other brands. I also like that they are fully-formed and not mushy like other brands. Gotta love a Canadian product! Delicious made into a salad with mayo & dijon, crunchy vegetables like celery, radishes and pickles, and some salt and pepper. Put that mixture on half an avocado and YUM! So healthy and great omega 3 and calcium!

Very nice tasting sardines
Very nice tasting sardines. Larger size and 3 to a can. Just right for the 2 of us. Does not mention smoke in ingredients but I thought that they have a slightly smoked taste.
