Very good ice pack. It does the job

These Ice Packs worked out great.

This gel pack has been perfect for relief from shoulder pain. It slips easily into a shoulder brace I wear on rough pain days. I like that it is a bit bigger than the one that goes with the brace. I freeze it with a “lip” turned down so I can hook it into different positions.

This is a gel "refill". I needed an additional ice pack to use after shoulder surgery. With having a second one, I always have a fresh, ice cold, pack ready to use. It stays cold for well over an hour, going on two. I know it can also be heated for use, but I find that very difficult and time consuming to heat it in the microware for 20 seconds at a time, squishing the gel around, and continue heating. I could never get it as hot as I wanted, at it cooled off way to soon. So I give it an A++ for cooling, but a C for heating. I really only needed it for cooling anyway.

The ice pack is fine, the shoulder pack is a tad difficult to use, meaning to tighten it down. Having to pull the strap to across my chest which ended up being well past my arm pit around to my shoulder blade of unaffected arm. Not easy.

This fit perfectly into the sling I had to ice my shoulder. It worked as well as the original.
