A friend of mine introduced this product to me when I had a root canal infection. I started off with one capsule the first day and then went to two daily for five days. The infection cleared up well. Later I used it after coming down with flu like symptoms. I did the same regimen and I felt better within a couple days. It's hard to say if it's a coincidence or not, but I didn't get worse. It did create loose bowels so maybe that's what my body needed. The capsules have a strong grassy/herb smell. So I would say it's quite fresh. I will keep it on hand and try again when I feel sick.

Excellent for both Spring and Fall Cleanse. Have been using since 1990 and it really adds to the original formulas described by Dr. Christopher in his book. Adding to the basic cleanse adds many benefits.

I just started this formula one week ago together with 1 kelp pill. During the last six months I went through a major RA flare and couldn't see my rheumatologist.
