The listing says this is a 3/16" blade but the picture says 1/4". Which is it?

Olson makes an "All Pro" blade which is 3/16 inch width, 93" length and 10 tpi. It also has carbide tips. I can't find this blade on the amazon site.

I own a delta/rockport14, 2800, vintage 1960s. Was given to me,where can I find instructions on changing,blade and tires?

Try the internet. Google your make and model or go to You Tube . Changing blades is not usually unique to any brand and changing tires is also fairly typical.

I've owned a few bandsaws and changing blades seems to be done in essentially the same way. As for the tires, I'm sure you'll find pretty thorough instructions with the new set. Maybe that wasn't much help but I'll bet Woodcraft has some excellent books on the subject.
