Is this folate (5MTHF) or just folic acid? People with gene mutation MTHFR have to avoid folic acid. Thank you!

The label states that it is simply folic acid. There is no doubt in my mind that if the form of b-9 provided was 5-methyltetrahydrofolate the label would have said so.

Why does my bottle look different then advertised?

Is this to be taken all month or only just after your cycle?

If taking for rebalancing estrogen and progesterone, take on days 7-21 of each cycle. Should see relief from cramps and PMS after taking for 3 months.

Anyone have trouble sleeping when taking this in evening?

No I have taken the product for years and have never had trouble sleeping actually I think you sleep better because they help the terrible hot flashes at night.
