I love vinegar and have many varieties. A family member gave me a bottle of this seasoned vinegar and I was hooked. I went through the first bottle in no time, bought two more and now I'm thinking I might need to buy it by the case! This is not only great for green salads (either straight from the bottle or in a salad dressing) but it can be used in just about any other type of salad plus soups, vegetables, marinades and sauces. The flavor is not intense, slightly herbal and a bit sweet - it has the ability to perk of flavor. Absolutely superb!

I love mixing with Knoor Garten-Krauter seasoning ( ordered Amazon.) I add vinegar , canola oil, water and shake. My German friend, Sigrid, introduced me to several Knoor seasoning packets. She prepared salads or just sliced cucumbers and used these. Great refreshing salad vinaigrette.

Loved something similar when stationed in German, but then moved back stateside. Found this brand on a post, fell in love. We moved away from that post and I couldn't find it. Heartbreak. Found it here, perfect! This is the second time I've ordered. Both times my bottles came well protected in bubble wrap. Seriously, this is a buy. Not only do I use it for a regular salad at 3am because I woke and decided it sounded tasty. Insomnia, what can you do, eh? Anyway, My family's favorite is when I use it in deviled eggs, egg salad, chicken salad, or potato salad. I know it's still salad but it's really good. If you don't know, try it. I was so happy that someone chose to sell this favorite Kuhne Salata - Seasoned Vinegar Dressing at Amazon online!!! My husband and I were once stationed in Germany with the U.S. Army. We tried this wonderful dressing while there. Upon returning to the U.S.A., I couldn't find it anywhere except at our military commissary and quickly bought two bottles. That was many many years ago and we are not near a military base where we live right now. A dear neighbor in another state who is the German wife of a deceased retired military soldier went to her commissary to find it for me and then sent me two bottles of a different brand of German vinegar dressing after not being able to find my Kuhne Salata. It was not my favored Kuhne Salata although I did not tell her that it wasn't not wanting to hurt her feelings. So, it was after that delivery that I went on the internet to find my Kuhne Salata and this Amazon seller actually had it for sale at a very reasonable price! Even the delivery was ahead of the predicted time arriving faster than expected! Since it was a glass bottle, he or she did an excellent job packing it and a tag was attached saying "Fragile". Would definitely recommend this Amazon seller!!! Sincerely, A very satisfied customer!!! FIVE STARS!!!
