Works great. Replaces a broken device, took just a few minutes, and better option than what my provider offered which was replacing my existing system for around $300

Replaced an old ADT fixed word keypad whose buttons were wearing out in my VISTA15CN. This newer alpha numeric keypad was a huge upgrade. The buttons only require a soft touch and naming the zones is nice. One thing I did notice is the speaker is not as loud as the piezo buzzer in the old one but it's loud enough.
