If you ever wished for a real life Dr Homer's Miracle Spine-o-Cylinder, this is it!I bought this for my partner who suffered for a number of years from bad lower back pain and a reoccurring trapped nerve. After lots of failed treatments and money spent, I came across this, read the rave reviews and figured it was worth a shot.He's since bought a number of these for family and friends, and should probably be on Bodi-Teks payroll for the amount of endorsements he's made - he swears by it!It seems to have worked, the results weren't instance, but he felt a noticeable difference after using it as instructed for a few days and with ongoing use it has aleivated the pain and the re-occurance. We wish we'd known about this sooner!

I exercise regularly and I’m always considered fit, but had problems getting out of bed in the morning for three years because each morning felt like a hell of back and whole body pain for no apparent reasons. It even made me feel suicidal in the mornings. I tried a lot of remedies and they only relieved the symptoms slightly. A few days ago I fell and sprained my ankles and my back pain worsened. Even after my ankles recovered (which took just two days) i could not walk bare footed on the floor and had to wear cushioned footwear such as fitflop to walk pain free. I bought this just out of despair and after one day my lower back pain plus whole body pain that bothered me in the morning for so long was just gone. And I could even walk without cushioned shoes... this is super strange but it worked... now I use it everyday. If I knew about it three years ago I wouldn’t need to suffer this much. Now I’m also free of suicidal thoughts..

It was so sweet.Better than any painkillers so far!BTW: u were only supposed to stretch it for 5 mins, i just couldnt help it at the time.This is not a product for those who suffer from fractures of the spine. So before u try it , please check with your physio or DocOtherwise its all good, well.... Superb!Thank you

I pulled some muscles in my back pretty badly about a year ago and while I recovered over several weeks, I was left with definite problems with my back afterward. Sitting in my chair at work (while adaptable) was painful and I couldn't sit normally, I had to twist my body so I would sit in it on my side. Worse was when I was driving for any length of time, usually an hour, where my back muscles would be in spasms and I couldn't lean the seat back to ease it. And when I got out of the car it'd be hell to bend back into shape. Clearly something had to be done.I looked into back treatments and saw this product offering relief for twenty quid. If it works only half well it'd be worth the money from the relief.The item comes in two pieces, the stand and the flexible piece of plastic that makes up the curve. Setting up is easy, the flexible part is bent into the slot and stays firmly there. Then you put it on the floor and lie down upon it.It doesn't look like much but I immediately felt things when I lay down on it. It's painful at first and I wouldn't recommend more than a minute or two on it (they recommend a maximum of five minutes, twice or maybe three times a day). I didn't notice too drastic a change the following day. I did it in the morning, this time managing the full five minutes, and then in the evening, managing about three and a half minutes. Then it was the third day and I began to notice a lack of stiffness in moving about. At home I didn't immediately rush to the sofa to lie down but sat on the chair and didn't find it painful. Getting out of bed wasn't hard either. The dull throbbing that was in my lower back wasn't there anymore.A month after buying this I can say this product works, really works. Driving is no longer an issue, sitting in my office chair isn't an issue, I continue to use this every day though now it's just five minutes in the evening and I don't have any more back pain. It's an amazing product and I definitely recommend this product to people with back pain, for twenty quid it is an inexpensive and invaluable way to treat your back.

A great piece of lightweight back magic. I have always been very pliable but had tension in my shoulders and neck: although this does not reach those parts, this has cleared up a problem in my lower back without realising all it needed was a good stretch in the lumber region.The hardest part for me was getting the top to fit in the bottom as you need a strong pair of hands initially to slightly bend the top, then fit it in any on the 3 settings, I went for the top setting as I do lots of stretching exercise anyway and felt the pull straight away, first time I did a couple of minuets, and unbelievably I am walking taller and feeling fitter ( must have been knackered ) without even knowing it!No denying it does hurt a bit when you lie down on it but feel its stretching the lower back, I then slowly sit and then strech forwards, and slowly sit, take deep breaths, and that's it, I feel the benefits straight away.Recommended
