This thing is solid and awesome
I was looking for a usb keyboard without all the fancy lights that is similar to a laptop keyboard, sleek and comfortable for typing with minimal distance for key presses. This thing ticks every box. It's scissor switch so the key presses are firm and good. They keys are not soft and wobbly, they're hard and the switch goes down properly whether you're pushing the corner or the center. The material is surprisingly tight and compact feeling, not loose and trash like it's hollow and flimsy. It's got this really premium feel and I'd def buy another one if it breaks. The shift and backspace keys are smaller and takes a week or two to get used to but once you do it's fine. The only thing I dont like about it is the num lock, caps lock indicator lights are way too bright so I actually cover it with a nail file because it's too distracting and blinding. Aside from that I love this thing for typing. For gaming though, I'd say the buttons require too much tension to hold down and makes it uncomfortable to use wads and stuff all the time. I feel like I dont want to wear out the keyboard for some reason because it feels too nice to type with and I dont want it to feel softer, if that would ever happen..? It doesn't double space or double any letters so I make far less typos than my last keyboard. The number pad is perfect too. Really it surpassed my expectations and gave me exactly what I was hoping for.

Works well for me
I'm a fan of this keyboard overall, though it does take some getting used to. As others have mentioned, the backspace key is very, very short and it's easy to accidentally hit the "\" key until you get used to it. There are also no volume controls on the keyboard. That said, I love the flat keys! I just personally prefer this style of keyboard from using a Mac at home (this is for my work PC). It's much quieter and just feels better, in my opinion. It also seems much easier to clean since the surface is practically flat and you can just wipe the whole thing. It worked immediately, nothing to install, and I have had no issues so far. Not the perfect keyboard but it's shorter and smaller than most while still having a number pad and most of the things that I need in a keyboard.

Great except for one REALLY big con. Some might think otherwise.
Pros: Key pressure is very similar to a laptop. Near full-size keyboard. Power LED (handy in case you move USB plugs around often like I do).Cons: Bad location for Home/End/PgUp/PgDn functions.I really enjoy the key pressure. It almost exactly matches the laptop I have it attached to. The weight is good and it has risers if you need an extra tilt to the keyboard. I can see why people gripe about the LED brightness, but that's not what bothers me. Now about the one con (a big one IMHO) I stated -- To the right of the function keys you have the PrtSc, Pause, Insert and Delete keys. In the lower right you have the arrow keys. But to access the Home, End, PgUp and PgDn keys, you have to stop typing and press the Fn key next to the left Ctrl key and then press the arrow key associated with the function you want. This is not intuitive at all!! I had to deduct TWO stars because of this. These are ESSENTIAL keys that are used and it is asinine to have to interrupt typing in order to look at the keyboard and figure out which function is assigned to which key.

Nice except for the LEDs
For the most part, I'm happy with it. This has all of the standard keys and a number pad, but it's about the width of a standard laptop, which means it fits between the legs of my monitor stand. That's what I was looking for, and almost nothing else on Amazon fit. So it's almost perfect. But the blue lights that indicate power, caps lock, num lock, and scroll lock are ridiculous. Even when it was daylight outside, looking at them literally hurt my eyes. I taped FIVE layers of standard printer paper over them, and they're STILL brighter than most. Being able to see the lights is nice, but they're way brighter than could ever be useful. If anyone from the company reads this, PLEASE tone them down for the next model!
