I bought this to replace the book that mistakenly donated. I've used many of the recipes in this book and love the Pandora's Turkey recipe. Lots of good information in this book besides great recipes.

Being new at grilling, I needed a complete guide and this book, The Grilling Encyclopedia, just fit the bill. Perfect! SO much information and laid out beautifully - very easy to use!

I have to say, this is my favorite grilling cook book. It is simple to read and follow. It is great for a cook that is starting off or with a ton of experience.
