Not everything that looks new is new.
I am disappointed with this product. I bought two phones a couple weeks ago. They arrived in apparently good condition. But on close inspection of the contents of one box, it became clear that the phone was pre owned. I think it was returned to seller as defective and resold as is. Both the base and the handset are defective. I would recommend very strongly that buyers exercise caution before ordering these phones.

PHONE CORD STICKY AND TANGLES TOO MUCH. CORD COLOR SHOULD HAVE BEEN DARK GRAY, CAME GLOSSY BLACK, BUT I AM NOT SURE I SPECIFIED WHEN I ORDERED.
