Perfect rail for my stainless 10/22, works and fits amazing.

Added to a Ruger 22LR
Needed this to mount a Vortex scope on my Ruger 22LR and fits perfectly. Easy installation and comes with the allen key to do so. Not short on quality and it’s sturdy and stable when installed right. Universal for most LR’s.

Great, but could be easier to align.
The 4 holes lined up perfectly with my 10/22 receiver, and the included screws were the perfect length. I subtracted one star because there is significant clearance between the ID of the rail holes and the OD of the mounting screw. This allows the rail to move left and right, and be slightly angled. I centered the screws in the holes and got them snug, then used a caliper depth gauge to adjust the alignment to the receiver. Ideally, the screw heads would be nearly "body fit" to the holes so that there is no opportunity for side to side movement, or the holes for the screw shafts would be much closer to the OD of the screw.

Screws too big but rail is good
I have a Ruger 10/22 carbine and the screws are too big to fit (that’s what she said)… I used the previous screws from the picatinny that came with gun and it’s fine. The rail itself is good and lines up properly.

Screws too big!!
Rail well machined. Screws are hex head and decent quality but TOO F’ing BIG. Many other reviewers have reported this complaint. I’m not sure how the ‘5-star’ reviewers actually got the supplied screws to thread into their Ruger receiver without damage. Maybe there’s variation in what the seller provides for screws. Or maybe physics operates differently in their world. Hard to say.

The mount seems good but it comes with screws that are too big and won’t fit in the tapped holes
