What air requirement are needed to operate this product at a proffesional level?

Preferably somewhere around 12-16 CFM at around 60-80 psi regularly. It will still work with lower pressures but not with the effectiveness that would be desirable. Hope this helps.

What size fittings do i need or what size hose does it receive? 1/4'' 3/8"" etc?

1/4" fitting like most other air tools. I use 3/8 hose because most tool we use recommend it. It is a great cleaning tool. Would feel lost with out it now.
