If your hair is in good condition and the dye is not a two process application then no less than two weeks.

Can you use this on color treated/bleached hair?

Yes I do, but first I use white bleach to do my hair 1wk later I do hawaiian silk put it on 1second and take it off as soon as you put it own if hair still seem not right do it again next day this is some good stuff.it works.

Can I dye my hair one month after using this product?

Hi. I am not a hair expert, but this product is very mild on my hair. After a month with lots of conditioners (leave-on; a cholesterol treatment), you should be okay. Remember if you have issues with hair breaking, weak, falling, etc.; any product could cause further damage.
