The temperature is a challenge to see. Sometimes the square is green. They work sometimes. Difficult to unpeel and put on a different part of the jar. You’ll need to replace it. I’ll be trying a different brand. Reviews said the same thing. Check them out before you buy.

Easy to stick onto surfaces and easy to read. It has temperature in Fahrenheit and Celsius scales.

My first few months of making kombucha, and I started using these after a couple weeks along with a low-med-high jar warming pad when I thought my first couple batches were tame because of under 75F weather. I guess kombucha is pretty forgiving when following instructions, and maybe the 75F-85F range has some more flex than that, but Ive been using one of these thermometers to check during the hottest and coldest times of day and to dial in which setting to use on my heat pad. Kombucha seems to come out fine.

Very easy to use. You do have get at a good angle to read well but not a problem. Accurate enough for all real world usage.
